Shenzhen Gongsuda Logistics Co., Ltd was established in 1998. To respond the call of Shenzhen government to make modern logistics as one of three big pillar industries of Shenzhen, Gongsuda has drawn up “the strategic development plan” in 2001 under the Shenzhen CDI participation. It has defined itself as a 3PL enterprise equipped with advanced concept, technology of SCM and IT system of logistics. Henceforth, Gongsuda step into the speedway in the development of logistics industry.
At the same time, Gongsuda has invested a great deal of capital to construct its “ three networks and one base”. Gongsuda has 12 subsidiary companies and its network has covered South China, East China, North China and the northeast of China. In June 2004, Gongsuda reformed and Shenzhen Xinshenda Co., Ltd became its parent company, which is a foreign-owned enterprise. The investor, China GSD Logistics Pte Ltd is a holding company registered in Singapore, which is mainly engaged in the logistics management, the development and management of the logistics information system and supply chain, provides logistics consultation and other related services as well.
From 2004 until now, Gongsuda has been taking the public offering as the turning point, intensifying negotiation with the international logistics magnates and stepping up its core service capability of supply chain.
